We’ll start with a conversation about your trip — your travel dates, style, and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll begin crafting a personalized proposal designed around your preferences and the experience you want to have.
2. Proposal Perfection
We’ll refine the plan together, adjusting every detail until we find the perfect combination of hotels, experiences, and itinerary that feels just right for you.
3. Booking
Once it’s perfect, we book everything, lock in your VIP perks, and start preparing the finer details.
4. Finalizing Details
About 60 days before your trip, I add dining reservations, transfers, and activities into a convenient app so you can easily keep track of your plans. For full itineraries booked with one of my partners, the DMC provides the final documents and details.
5. Pre-Trip Review
We go over everything together to ensure your journey runs seamlessly from start to finish.
6. Enjoy (and Reflect!)
Relax and enjoy every moment while all the details are handled. After you return, we reconnect to review your experience and dream up your next adventure.
